At Mitto, we’re on a mission to deliver reliable, high-quality communications between businesses and their customers, every time. 

 

Our company was founded in 2013 with the specific aim of building a state-of-the-art Application-to-Person (A2P) SMS messaging platform, unrivalled in reliability, that could support the requirements of a new wave of A2P services.

As the demand grew for enablement of omnichannel communications capabilities, we expanded our portfolio beyond SMS to now include voice, chat bots, all major chat apps (WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook Messenger, etc.), Google Business Messaging, RCS, myriad CRM and marketing platform integrations and, most recently, pre-built tools for bulk campaigns and conversational support chats.

We are looking for an ambitious and driven US-based Sales Executive to bring our solutions to life.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help companies improve their overall customer engagement and achieve their business objectives through integration of our industry leading cloud communications technologies.

You will identify key decision makers within target accounts and develop strategies to engage and convert them into long-term customers.

We will rely on you to help grow Mitto’s customer portfolio and aid us in further growth in the US market.

What you’ll do
Create, identify, and qualify new sales opportunities Grow Mitto’s existing customer portfolio and help penetrate the US market Achieve high sales targets and goals with high motivation and a positive mindset Analyze the market and keep yourself up to date with the latest industry trends Participate in bounty list creation following predefined criteria Develop, prepare, and nurture customers for reference and advocacy Participate in answering global client RFPs for cloud telecommunications and CPaaS solutions

You need to bring with you
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant sales work, with a strong background in B2B tech/SaaS sales A degree from a recognized university or equivalent professional qualification; a diploma in Business is desirable but not required Excellent knowledge of MS Office and internet usage Self-motivated with a results-driven approach High aptitude for objection handling and managing relationships with clients Previous experience with CRM software (ie, Salesforce, Hubspot) is a plus
