Company Overview:

MOBI Inc. is a fast-growing manufacturer for personal health and wellness products with offices based in Los Angeles, CA. Our customers include pharmacies, specialty boutiques and national chains.
We are looking for energetic, high output, sales people to join a fast-paced, growing business to primarily handle outbound sales activities (Sales Development).
Candidates must have excellent telephone prospecting skills, be tech savvy and familiar with internet software.
Responsibilities Include:

  • Heavy Hitter! meet/exceed 100+ outbound calls and emails daily
  • Identifying and creating new pre-qualified leads from outbound lists
  • Demonstrable ability to get past the gatekeeper and to the appropriate contacts
  • Engaging with prospects via telephone and email to analyze their needs
  • Relentless in asking probing questions to profile prospects
  • Overcoming objections to generate quality pre-qualified opportunities for the sales team
  • Achieving monthly quota of pre-qualified opportunities
  • Collaborating with marketing and sales on lead/list quality and conversion
  • Conducting business dealings in a professional and proactive manner
  • Being a trusted resource for internal and external contacts
  • Engaging in “multi-channel” follow-up — help uncover new deals and nurture existing opportunities
  • Maintaining active communication with leads by sending timely targeted materials with an Account Based Everything approach
  • Conducting high-level conversations with Senior Executives regarding targeted and prospective accounts
  • Contributing and being listened to by upper management

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be able to work full-time out of our Los Angeles headquarters
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous inside prospecting, telemarketing, appointment setting or sales experience
  • High energy
  • GRIT- Perseverance and the ability to overcome challenges
  • Ability to get the prospect to a Yes; if you can’t close on the interview, then you are not a fit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 per year
