We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and passionate individual for the full-time position of Homeowner Growth Sales Development Representative (SDR).

Based in our Salt Lake City headquarters, you will be responsible for bringing new homeowners to our next-generation property management platform.

This inside sales role is the perfect opportunity to join a high-growth startup that is transforming the housing rental industry through our industry-leading data-driven management and our vertically-integrated, full-service property maintenance team.

We are looking for multiple SDRs with drive, energy, and a capability for sparking conversations with prospective Belong homeowners and residents.

You will play a critical role in our sales team by prospecting, qualifying, and expanding business opportunities.

This is a high-impact and high-visibility role, as you will be welcoming the next batch of Homeowners to the Belong experience!

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Voice of the Belong brand as the first point of contact for inbound leads
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to build a pipeline for our sales teams
  • Identify key contacts for target accounts, and firmly build the foundations for sales engagement
  • Engage prospects across multiple channels including phone, email, LinkedIn, and more
  • Add value by providing the right content for each opportunity, ie.

    case studies, screencasts, presentations, event invitations

  • Manage, track and report sales activities and results using our CRM

What You Will Do

  • Connect with prospects as a Belong brand advocate, starting them on their Belong journey, introducing and educating new users on the power of the Belong property management platform.
  • Develop personalized custom outreach to target accounts.
  • Play an important role in building a strong, robust sales pipeline that will form the foundation of the Belong’s Growth engine.
  • Engage prospects across multiple channels including phone, email, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Qualify prospects, and schedule conversations with customers and Belong account executives.
  • Work in a fast paced, collaborative team environment where we learn, grow, and celebrate wins together.
  • Provide routine feedback on how we can improve & perfect our processes, in pursuit of an exceptional customer experience.
