Sofi Stadium will be home to the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers for NFL games, countless major concerts & sporting events, including Super Bowl LVI in 2022, The College Football Playoff Championship in 2023, and the Olympics in 2028.

As part of this project, Legends has been hired to oversee and manage various project development and sales & revenue aspects of the stadium.

This oversight includes the successful sold out sales campaign of the stadium’s suite inventory, Seat License inventory, 3rd Party (Non-NFL) Event Suite Rentals, and Premium Inventory for the soon-to-be opened new 6,000 person Performance Venue.THE ROLEThe Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting Premium Sales Consultants in the execution of the sales process for season tickets for the new SoFi Stadium.

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team to convert all current Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers season ticket holders, deposit holders and prospective clients to become new LA Stadium buyers.

The Sales Coordinator should be a professional, team focused, positive individual.

The Sales Coordinator will work under the guidance of the Director of Sales and a Senior Sales Manager.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Support Sales Consultants in the execution of the sales process for the Los Angeles Stadium & Entertainment DistrictWork closely with the Service teams for both the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers to service their new stadium season ticket accountsPosition will be focused on assisting and servicing the daily account maintenance of assigned season ticket member accountsAssist current and new Season Ticket Members with customer service related inquiriesAct as a direct liaison between key ticket holder accounts and the organizationPrepare season ticket member agreements as necessaryAssist in the creation and coordination of special events and prospecting events at the SoFi Stadium Premiere Center to aid in new business developmentHelp formulate ideas on and assist with the execution of season ticket holder & prospect special events.Execute collection process for annual invoicesQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels.
