The ideal candidate will have the ability to clearly express ideas both verbally and in writing, to build constructive and effective relationships with the store team, and to display professionalism consistently. Proficiency in a second language (preferably Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset.
As the Sales Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming new employees to ensure that they have a positive experience
- Building and managing relationships with existing and new customers
- Providing exceptional client experience to customers consistently
- Understanding and educating our clients on OAK+FORT’s product features
- Being a brand ambassador by keeping up with OAK+FORT’s latest arrivals and wearing current merchandise
- Supporting the maintenance of the retail environment to ensure customers have a safe and comfortable shopping experience
- Processing customer transactions while maintaining excellent customer engagement.
