Jim Falk Lexus of Beverly Hills is currently looking for highly motivated, driven Internet Sales/BDC Representatives.

Job Responsibilities:
Answering incoming internet sales leads and phone calls.
Use customer relationship management tools to effectively track all customer interactions.
(vinsolutions knowledge a plus)
Assist customers in vehicle selection via the internet/ phone/ video conference.
Schedule appointments with interested buyers.
Contacts customers for retention and loyalty opportunities to upgrade.
Other duties asked my management.
Requirements:
Must enjoy talking to people
Speak clearly and distinctly
Work with the team to achieve the common goal
Valid Driver’s License
