Sales Associate

Three Hands Corp.

an industry leader in Home Décor is looking for a Sales Associate who will be responsible for increasing sales through marketing with existing customers, pursuing and establishing relationships with new customers and achieving designated sales quotas.

Duties and responsibilities
· Procure new customers and maintain order frequency through phone, email and in-person meetings.

· Follow up with inbound leads daily and develop a working knowledge of accounts.

· Enhance sale numbers by cross-selling, up-selling, etc.

Participate in marketing meetings to increase market share.

· Provide superior customer service and assist with related duties (taking and entering orders, confirming order logistics and other aspects of customer service
– related assistance).

· Become knowledgeable of The Three Hands?

product lines, industry terminology and company operations.

· Provide support and work with production, shipping and accounting departments.

· Oversight and management of customer projects
· Enhance department and organization?s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
· Provide concise customer updates to management in the form of daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly customer recaps.

· Assist when necessary with out of office duties and functions as deemed necessary.

· Complete other duties as assigned Qualifications
· Excellent verbal (telephone) and written (email) communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills and team player capabilities across multiple departments within The Three Hands?

evolving, fast-paced environment.

· Energetic, motivated self-starter with a proven track record of building sales and/or previous customer service experience.

· Time
– oriented and highly organized individual.

· Experience and proficiency with Microsoft applications, keyboard skills and sales entry software.

Requirements
· 3-5 years in successful track record in wholesale (preferably in housewares) industry.

· Bachelor?s degree required.

MBA a plus.

· Familiarity with CRM platforms.

· Ability to build rapport with clients.

· Must be a closer, ability to negotiate deals.

· Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written.

· Proficient with MS Office (Advanced Excel required).
