Profile

A motivated self starter, with exposure and experience in the growing green sector of the market.

This person will have managed both direct accounts and regional distribution partners and be familiar with the main businesses across the region and/or country.

He/she must be able to land new accounts and deal with logistics, back end support, finance, and the ability to man trade shows periodically and leave when needed for meetings with larger accounts.

be able to communicate effectively and draw reports for management when asked.

A minimum of five to seven years of proven engagement and achievement within the roles held to date this person will be able to pinpoint their contribution to the overall successes and results of their company or business.

Based within reasonable travelling distance to LA. The role requires extensive travel from time to time.

The Role.

Work closely with the Sales Director and brand /Group management in the achievement of the business goals they will help set.

Creates relationships with external and internal stakeholders and help shape the business for the betterment of both.

Help lead the sales teams/ independent sales agents in helping to further support our retailer partners and increase and widen our account base and product selections within these accounts. This team player must have knowledge of distribution channels, wholesalers, and online distribution.

Provide feedback and information to the overall internal team.

Support the Sales Director as is needed, and work closely with others in the team to help create an appreciation of our partners that in return helps us bring our range of products to a wider range of consumers.
