Community Relations (Sales) Assistant
Part-Time – Sunday-Monday

- Conducting prospect follow up calls, providing community tours, and coordinating resident move-in process
- Maintaining apartment inventory & readiness lists
- Maintaining resident files & updating lead management database / CRM
- Coordination of move-in process and assisting with all non-care related move-in logistics
- Working in a team oriented environment and building a strong foundation of Senior Living sales experience
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and the flu
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 yrs consumer sales experience required; Hospitality, High End Retail or Senior Living sales support experience strongly preferred
- Proven success with organization, independent time management & attention to detail
- Computer experience and ability to use CRM database software
