– BeaconLocation: US West Region strongly preferred.As RVP of Beacon Sales/Account Management, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention of designated accounts for western region accounts.

This role is responsible for the P&L of designated accounts and leads a team responsible for the overall relationship and strategy related to retention, growth and innovation across a group of designated health plan clients.

Primary duties may include but are not limited to:+ Promote and reinforce Beacon’s ongoing value to our clients.+ Develop deep knowledge of client needs and the local market drivers in order to build and maintain robust account plans on a yearly planning cycle.+ Serve as the go-to-expert on client account, with the ability to interface with key internal and external personnel on all issues.+ Provides leadership and strategic direction to ensure profitable growth.+ Develops strategies and executes sales plans to achieve membership growth and financial goals.+ Develops sales, marketing and compensation plans.+ Develops and motivates staff to achieve common goals.+ Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.QualificationsRequires a BA/BS; 8-10 years of professional/leadership experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Experience in account management, business development, and/or strategy within managed care industry experience a must.

– $201,999 Actual compensation may vary from posting based on geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level.* The hourly or salary range is the range Anthem in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

The Company may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.

This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado.

This range may be modified in the future.
