As a Residential Sales Estimator, you’ll be working on constantly evolving jobs, collaborating with architects and engineers, and utilizing specialized materials.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual consultations and on-site visits with clients to gather project details.
- Prepare detailed bids that encompass materials, labor hours, and project workflow.
- Manage client relationships and liaise with partner vendors, such as landscape designers, architects, engineers, and irrigation specialists.
- Utilize pricing formulas to create comprehensive bids for submission.
- Implement effective strategies to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide consistent support to clients and maintain relationships until project completion.
- Conduct weekly meetings with Project Management to transition approved bids into the strategic planning phase.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of field experience in masonry and concrete, with a preference for residential projects.
- Possess a valid US Driver’s License.
- Expert knowledge in block, brick, stone, stucco, concrete, tile, grading, machine work, precast, repointing, drainage, waterproofing, and blueprint reading.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in managing a CRM and navigating various tech platforms.
