Position overview
– What will the candidate be working on while on assignment?

• Update file liens by adding bills found on electronic history and comparing information between on-line client systems and internal Optum systems
• Retrieve documents from client systems for usage in recovery of funds
• Communicate via email to secure information not immediately available in client systems Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Type 60WPM minimum
• Must be extremely computer savvy, required to navigate 4-6 different systems/screens simultaneously
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools, with an emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Detail oriented, with a high level of accuracy
• Demonstrates independent thought in file investigation and documentation
• Above average oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good problem-solving skills Pay: $15.50
