Summary This position reports to the Director of Real Estate Servicing and provides loan servicing support in all areas of Real Estate servicing and loan modifications.
As a RE Servicing Representative, you are responsible for new loan system setup, processing of payments, payoffs, daily balancing, and tracking of lien releases.
In addition, you can look forward to responding to member service requests and providing service excellence via phone, fax and mail.

· 2more years’ experience and/or education in residential mortgage loan servicing
· High school diploma or GED required
· Knowledge of mortgage loan terminology and documentation
· Knowledge of state and federal laws, compliance regulations for residential mortgage loans
· Knowledge of secondary market sales & service guidelines for mortgage loans preferred
· Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to analyze and resolve problems Time management and organizational skills to rapidly adapt and respond to a constantly changing environment Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
· Ability to follow oral and written instructions
· Proficient Windows/Microsoft Office applications and mortgage servicing software
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
