Private clinic within a prestigious hospital is seeking a Patient Service Representatives in the Los Angeles area. The ideal individual should come with previous medical experience, and is able to perform the following duties: Answer high volume telephone calls, schedule patient appointments, authorize insurance, schedule for surgeries and medical procedures, perform patient checks in/out procedures and reschedule follow-up appointments. Will be responsible for the flow of the patients and inform the physician of all patient concerns.Education: HS (GED) graduate required or Two (2) years of college preferredPrior experience with Epic Software, or similar software is highly preferred.
