Deliver a positive first impression to each patient with a warm, friendly smileCollect co-payments and verify insurance coverageSchedule and confirm patient appointmentsPrepare new patient charts neatly and accuratelyPerform various office duties as assigned by the Office ManagerRespond to patient billing or financial inquiriesCollect and post payments and record receiptsHow You’ll Succeed Have strong interpersonal and oral-communication skillsReady to be part of a patient-centric teamHave an eagerness to learn and growHave your high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
