Device and Biologics 1099 Sales Representative

Stride Surgical Job Description:Stride Surgical, LLC is looking for established sales rep with a history of device and or pharmaceutical sales experience who can leverage established industry contacts and relationships. This is a hunter role in medical device sales with the opportunity to enhance or establish your sales expertise with a fast-growing distributor of surgical devices and biologics promoting integrative health solutions to targeted customers with the potential to ramp up $50k+ per month in sales revenue within the first year.This is a great opportunity for someone interested in entering the medical device sales industry that has the desire to change his or her life professionally and financially forever. This position will provide the right candidate with the ability to leverage and or establish strong business relationships within an assigned geography with DPM’s, orthopedic, general surgeons, non-op sports medicine physicians, aesthetic and plastic surgeons. Income potential is substantial and uncapped.Reports to: Regional Sales DirectorTraining: Ongoing training and marketing support. Senior sales assists as needed for demos and proposals.Territories: Greater Los Angeles County, Bakersfield, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo, San Fernando Valley and San DiegoJob Description/Responsibilities:• Build and maintain relationships with private physicians’ practices and medical group practices through phone and door to door prospecting, email marketing, and weekly follow-up calls.• Manage assigned territory and make personal contact with prospective physicians or managing staff for the purpose of introducing and presenting a detailed overview of the STRIDE SURGICAL, LLC product portfolio to perspective physician’s and medical practices.• Manage and grow existing pipeline while also penetrating new business opportunities.• Exhibit high energy level and initiative while conducting product demonstrations and product positioning to healthcare professionals.• Successfully operate independently and self-manage at a high level.• Have a desire to learn and seek guidance from assigned teammates.• Make outbound calls per day / Scheduling 4-6 new meetings per day• Positioning and achieve minimum monthly sales price average of $50,000.00 comfortably.Required Qualifications:If you are not in a position to take on a 1099 position, and do not have the following experience please do not apply.(Operating Room, foot and ankle hardware experience, previous or current Biologics sales experience)Preferred Qualifications:• College Graduate• Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record and proof of insurance.• Documented sales success (stats, rankings, quota achievements) the right attitude and personality are more important to our company.• Experience working in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.• A highly professional demeanor and ability to thrive in a fast-paced sale driven environment while exhibiting the desire to achieve personal and company goals.• Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate, and interact effectively with all levels of the organization to impact results with a direct reporting structure.• Demonstrated track record of over-coming personal hardship and rejection.• Computer, tablet, or smart phone to access to the internet.• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task• Excellent sales and presentation skills.• A desire to achieve financial goals and personal greatness.About STRIDE SURGICAL, LLC:STRIDE SURGICAL, LLC, is a major Southern California Medical Device and Biologics distributor and has partnered with premier biologic and medical device manufacturers to offer a myriad of products and services to provide treatment and healing solutions for our customers and their patients.
