nnResponsibilitiesnn nnAs a Patient Authorization Representative, you will be responsible for:nn nnPre-encountering and pre-registering patients as well as providing registration support to patients, clinic staff, and managersnn nnVerifying insurance and enter insurance benefits information into the CareConnect system prior to appointmentsnn nnDetermining co-pays and deductibles; confirming and obtaining appropriate insurance authorizationnn nnInforming patients of their financial responsibilitynn nnAnswering a busy phone systemnn nnDelivering exceptional customer service to patients, faculty, staff, vendors, insurance company representatives, and registration representativesnn nn Note: This posted position is 1 of 11 positions available for hire.
