Order Fulfillment Representative in Richmond, California LHH Richmond, California Contract/Temp to Hire Overview Wholesale company in the Richmond, CA area is seeking an Order Fulfillment Representative.
This role work hand-in-hand with administration, customer service, and logistics teams.
The individual in this role will seamlessly manage customers orders from received to shipped on a daily basis.
Success in this role knows how to effectively collaborate with teammates, have attention to details, and have timely communication with teammates and customers.
Description Data entry of customers orders Submission of new orders to the Purchasing Team within 24 hours of being received Work with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) brokers and shippers Create reports on departments metrics Review sales and purchases orders weekly and solve any situation that might arise Update and maintain the customer catalog Review customers orders and seek approval when prices do not meet consumer expectations Maintain accuracy on customers accounts Manage shipping schedule and maintain logistics accuracy Scan documents and folders for easy access Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in business and/or logistics or equivalent experience in administration, customer service, or logistics Ability to communicate effectively
