Second Home is looking for a Social Media Manager to join the team.
The Social Media Manager will coordinate and execute client social media marketing and advertising.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, well rounded and creative individual with experience and a passion for connecting with current and future clients.
You will be working with high profile clientele, brands and high level interaction that requires discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities include:
Lead Generation and Outreach
Support the Membership team with prospecting and growing leads list (i.e.
targeted research, social media, networking events, cold calling, etc.) Conduct appropriate research to lead intelligent outreach strategies customized to individual company needs Upkeep of Prospecting KPI Dashboard to ensure targets are consistently achieved
Database Management
Ensure that the CRM system (Salesforce) is up-to-date.
Manage customer profiles and support with imaging, tracking, data entry, and documentation Maintain existing sales pipeline management making sure that leads are moving through the sales process
Member Tours
Touring and demonstrating Second Home’s location and business solutions with potential members Conduct tours to work towards and maintain 100% building occupancy.
You will pitch, tour, and close sales Oversee the tour’s calendar to avoid any potential conflicts Take ownership of showroom management, making sure its presentation ready and fully stoked to host potential members
Member Experience
Acting as the first point of contact for initial inquiries, dealing with correspondence, phone calls and walk-in tours Use on-site weekly cultural events as networking opportunities with potential new members Engage in the larger community by attending events and networking with local start-ups and organizations.
Handle move-in requests and liaise with the front-desk team for a quality experience
Member Contracts
Maintain contact with members to ensure that all membership documents and agreements are completed before they are filed updating the customer information as needed Explain Second Home policies and procedures to members, including but not limited to membership agreement and billing procedures
The Ideal Candidate
Second Home Hollywood is seeking a Membership Associate who can offer reliable support to the Membership Team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases.
1-2 years of proven customer service experience Presentation and communication skills required Knowledge of standard software packages and social media platforms required College/University graduate with 4-year degree preferred Experience managing sales and/or using Salesforce a plus Thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability and self-awareness Self-driven and self-motivated Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities Passion and understanding Second Home’s mission and values Detail orientation and organization skills required
