Your Role and Responsibilities We are a fast-growing team looking for a Managing Consultant to help clients transform how their enterprise strategy, processes, and systems impact customer and employee experiences.
We build relationships with CMOs, CDOs, CTOs, and other senior executives by demonstrating expertise in how digital can reshape their business and by caring about their success as much as they do.
We manage key strategic planning and innovative digital program delivery efforts, serving as the bridge between creative and technical specialists.
We thrive on making impact, are deeply committed to our clients and each other, embrace ambiguous situations, and take personal ownership in driving success.
In this role you will: Advise clients on planning and executing vital digital transformations based on business objectives Own responsibility for day-to-day activities for multiple workstreams & projects, including achieving milestones, staffing, managing financials Build trust and lead communication with executive-level clients Support business development, including managing change requests and developing statements of work Contribute to shaping points of view and thought leadership around digital experiences Coach teams, both project and organizational, with integrity and a growth mindset Bring people together from across IBM to create solutions and solve big challenges Travel up to 80% (currently no travel due to Covid) Introduction At IBM, work is more than a job

Required Technical and Professional Expertise 6 years managing medium to complex digital experience strategy & transformations, both Waterfall and Agile Clear understanding of the challenges, systems/processes, and opportunities within Utilities or Telecoms Entrepreneurial spirit in finding solutions, building internal and external networks, and owning responsibility Compelling communication and storytelling skills Eagerness to mentor, contribute to the success of the team, and nurture the overall practice growth and development Comfort with discomfort, continuously looking to grow and navigate uncertainty Preferred Technical and Professional Experience .
