This person will be responsible for developing a driven sales team and growing advertising revenue through the sale of both print and digital products including magazine, specialty publications, digital display, SEO, PPC, social media, mobile and local services with a primary responsibility of acquiring new clients.Requirements:1-3 years of proven success in both print and digital sales for various types of potential advertising clients.Deep understanding of the digital landscape including: PPC, CPI, CPC, Display, Email Marketing, SEO, Mobile and Social Media.Strong prospecting and lead-development skills.Ability to generate new leads by making cold calls, calling on inactive accounts, and maintaining an awareness of new business opportunities.Ability to continuously evaluate pricing environment and refine pricing methods as needed to maximize revenue and profit potential.Ability to create detailed marketing budget and metrics.Ability to track sales pipeline as well as the ability to accurately forecast new business.Experience managing a growing team of sales professionals to ensure team goals are met.Establish sales team measurements and provide regular reporting on progress.Excellent written and verbal, phone, face-to-face, and networking communication skills.This positions compensation consists of a weekly base salary (DOE) plus commission and quarterly bonuses.If you are a true sales trailblazer looking to evolve, grow, and deliver custom solutions to local businesses, then we want to hear from you!
