As a Gingersnaps sales associate you will be a huge contributing factor to our success by providing the best customer service.
How you’ll make a difference:
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to consumer questions or issues regarding product features and engage with consumers to understand their needs and preferences.
By providing an amazing shopping experience it will encourage customers to return.
Performs cash wrap and mobile POS duties in an efficient and timely manner while maintaining a high level of Guest Service, ensuring the customer walks out with a smile on their face.
Assist with ensuring products and displays on the sales floor are stocked appropriately and available for customers to purchase.
Take pride in how the store looks.
Execute and maintain the visual merchandising standards of the sales floor to engage customers and associates with the product, as needed.
