Our Client, an industry-leading specialty retail organization with over 80 locations nationwide, is seeking candidates for a full-time Inside Sales Team Leader position.
As a key member of a growing Franchise Support team, this individual will be responsible for managing and motivating a small team of Representatives who follow up on sales leads and inquires.

This role will work 100% remotely.ResponsibilitiesLead and coach a small team of Outbound Sales Representatives who will follow up on leads and inquiries that come in from various sources, including the website, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.Train and mentor team members on effective techniques and the desired outcomes of each interaction.When the workload requires it, assist in a hands-on capacity, placing calls and setting appointments.Track and report on lead/inquiry volume, speed of response, and outcomesRecord and communicate any issues or concerns the team is hearing from potential clients.Partner with the Digital Marketing Manager to continually improve ongoing campaigns; Provide input on future campaigns.QualificationsMinimum 3 years of customer service or outbound calling experience 1 years in a telephone-based sales management roleAbility to supervise and motive team members toward successful team goal achievementStrong written and spoken communication skills; Able to model desired scripts to the teamExcellent computer skills
– MS Office, Internet, CRMExperience with call center metrics and data analysisBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred (but not required)
