Description

HauteLook’s goal is to provide all members with the highest level of customer service in the industry. HauteLook strives to go above and beyond the call of duty and have an innate knowledge of our members’ needs. The primary function of this position is to provide all members with the highest level of customer service in the industry. In order to provide our members with exceptional member care, we are looking for a Member Care Representative who enjoys interacting with our members and isn’t afraid to get on the phone.

  • Handle high volume of calls in an efficient and effective manner
  • Answer customer questions regarding account information, order status, return status, product information, policies, procedures, site navigation and time frames
  • Accurately log all handled calls and calculate price adjustments, when applicable
  • Liaise with Nordstrom Credit and shipping carriers
  • Follow through with service commitments made to members with a sense of urgency
  • Engage in open communication with different levels of leadership
  • Immediately report all issues with programs or accessories used to complete daily duties
  • Be able to maintain company and customer confidentiality
  • Work with special teams to resolve customer inquiries and report suspected fraudulent accounts to appropriate team
  • This is a full-time , work from home position

Qualifications

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic mathematical skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to make sound decisions with a strong sense of urgency
  • Good listening, critical and analytical skills
  • Has “thick skin” and is able to handle complaints in a calm and professional manner
  • Ability to navigate Control Panel, clear cookies and cache
  • Must have an understanding of different internet browsers
  • Competently multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Eager to assist customers, with a desire to improve customer satisfaction
  • Ability to type 35 WPM
  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week.
