Overview: Interact with resellers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
Also, build relationships through daily outbound contact to inform and influence resellers to utilize company offered solutions.
– Initiate daily contact with resellers primarily by telephone.
Will spend 4-5 hrs daily on the phone.
No Cold Calling.
– Build relationships with each contact
– Create awareness of company offerings and also provide product information regarding, promotions, new additions to manufacturer lines
– Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries
– Handle and resolve customer issues and obtain and evaluate all relevant information
– Maintain each reseller’s account, verify contact information and maintain associated files, keep all documents current and up-to-date.
– Process forms, applications, and requests
– Promptly direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate source
– Enter clear and effective notes into database/ Keep records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database, record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints, record details of actions taken
– Manage administration requests/ follow-up
– Communicate clearly and coordinate with internal departments
– Answer phones promptly, and manage multiple phone line system
– Prioritize daily tasks/projects and complete tasks quickly and efficiently
– Participate in the weekly meetings.
