Inside Sales Representative

SUMMARY:   As a Inside Sales Consultant (ISC) for Coverall North America (CNA), individuals will work closely with potential customers to promote the sale of yearly Commercial Cleaning Service Contracts through setting Appointments with potential customers for Outside Sales Consultants (OSC) including:

  • Generating new business opportunities.
  • Qualifying Leads.
  • Developing customer relationships.
  • Implementing strategic Sales Plans.
  • Generating Appointments for Outside Sales Consultants (OSC).

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Prospect daily to generate a minimum of 65 customer contacts by phone with a minimum of 1.0 appointments set per day on average, with a minimum of 20 appointments set per month. 
    • Schedule a minimum of 55 follow up calls for future dates.
  • Enter all customer related data in the Coverall CRM real time daily.
  • Manage a potential customer database of 4,000 to 7,000 customers.
  • Generate a minimum of 16 proposals per month through appointments set for Outside Sales Consultants (OSC).
  • Close a minimum of 6 contracts totaling more than $2,500 per month for ISC, $3,000 per month for SISC and $3,500 per month for EISC, from appointments set for Outside Sales Consultants (OSC).

 

DAY-TO-DAY EXECUTION:

  • Morning:
    • Complete all call backs previously scheduled.
    • Generate a minimum of 35 customer contacts by phone generating a minimum of .5 appointments on average.
      • Generate a minimum of 30 follow up calls for future interactions with contacted customers.
    • All Data recorded in CRM real time daily.

  • Afternoon:
    • Call new leads in the Coverall Database.
    • Generate a minimum of 30 customer contacts by phone generating a minimum of .5 appointments on average.
      • Generate a minimum of 25 follow up calls for future interactions with contacted customers.
    • All Data recorded in CRM real time daily.
  • As Needed:
    • Attend Regional Support Center (RSC) meetings as specified by your Sales Leader.
    • Attend any Coverall Sales Training as specified by Training Staff.

 

 

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to deliver job responsibilities, as outlined in the Job Description, each day.
  • 2 years of experience using Microsoft Suite of products including: Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or equivalent).
  • Capable of working in a remote capacity including:
    • Ability to deliver performance metrics daily with minimum supervision.
      • Available workspace at home that includes:
        • High Speed Internet at a minimum of 50 Mbps (Coverall to provide Stipend)
          • Verified through screen shot sent to Coverall IT department.
        • Isolated work environment away from others during the business hours of 8 am to 5 pm.
      • Inability to achieve minimums as specified in the Job Description may lead to Lead Generating Sales Associate being required to work at the Coverall Regional Support Center daily.
      • Coverall reserves the right to change in office requirement without notice and at its sole discretion.
