About the Role and Your Impact

We are looking for a detail-oriented, client focused, and results driven Inbound Sales Representative with strong experience in tech or the emerging platform space.

This strategic seller will work with inbound prospects interested in learning more about our platform over video, phone, and texting.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable interacting with a variety of clients, working in a start-up environment and previous experience in sales.

This role is focused on educating prospects on our platform, consistently closing new opportunities, and selling in an innovative way.

This is a crucial position in a growing sales team that provides best in class solutions to our clients in the SMS space.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive revenue through a consultative and human sales approach
    – all via text messaging
    – every conversation is different, every customer is unique
  • Support the creation, optimization, and implementation of new and updated processes
  • Ability to assist in guiding other team members
  • Responsible for creating LMUI reports within the CRM
  • Ability to successfully identify Mid-Market/SMB/Partnerships prospects and transition them to the appropriate team
  • Work collaboratively with your colleagues, other Sales Pods, Customer Experience, and Operations to provide an exemplary experience for our Leaders

What You’ll Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or client-facing sales role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    – the vast majority of your interactions with customers will take place over texting
  • Skilled at creating reports within Salesforce and/or HubSpot
  • Experience in leading a conversation flow within our own Community product or text based platform
  • Experience in running the full sales cycle while sharing learnings with the broader team
    – you’re a self-starter that is self-motivated
  • Excellent relationship and trust building skills, with experience in identifying prospect’s needs, and determining how to serve them through our products and services
  • Strong work ethic, extraordinary problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently
  • Experience with the technologies used in our workplace, including G-suite, CRM, Slack, and Salesforce
  • Unbridled energy, a love for teamwork and a relentless desire to “win”
