You’ll be at the front desk greeting members walking in, answering questions and phone calls, accepting cash and credit card payments for sales. We are looking for someone with an outgoing personality, excellent people skills, and a willingness to learn.
*Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:*
The most important part of your job is to provide legendary costumer service, be outgoing, always approachable, reliable, and great with members – plus, a love for fitness doesn’t hurt.
* Check members into the club ensuring all services and fees are charged for, as well as IDs and waivers are completed
* Provide member account and information services ensuring all customer service standards are met
* Correctly operate cash register and credit card processing machine
* Assist members club information as needed
* Overall inventory such as beverages, supplies, etc.
* Process payments for all services and memberships
* Monitor, handle, and report any attempts at unauthorized entry into the club
* Assist guests and new members in their visits, tours, entry, and paperwork
* Wiping down equipment during down times, light housekeeping regards tidiness of the club
* Perform outreach via text messaging and DMs
* Hand out passes in club and at local businesses to drive new member traffic to the club.
*Experience/ Qualifications:*
* A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required
* 1-2 years of relevant sales experience is required
*Schedule:*
* Full time – 1 weekend day required.
