Seeking a talented HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST to provide support.
POSITION TYPE: Full time.
Direct hire PAY: $60,000 to $70,00 annual SCOPE: Assist a busy automotive manufacturing plant in providing Human Resources services Job Requirements: DUTIES Administer compensation program.
Manage the performance evaluation program to be sure activities are being completed.
Responsible for Benefits administration to include orientation and open enrollment strategy, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees; Provide necessary reports.
Conducts recruitment effort for the company.
Write and place job ads.
Handle employee relations, counseling, and exit interviewing; Maintains company organization charts and employee directory; Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed; Maintains Human Resource Information System records and compiles reports from database; Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment; Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures, prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual; EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Bachelor Degree preferred.
Will accept non-degreed candidates with minimum 7 years of HR work experience.
At least 5 years of previous experience in Human Resources department with recruiting, performance evaluation and benefits program support.
Previously worked in a Manufacturing plant.
Ability to pass a background check prior to starting.
Willing to work a flexible schedule at times, including off shift and long hours to accommodate manufacturing if the need arises.
