SALARY: $55,000 – $65,000 with the potential bonus opportunity of $10,000
WORK LOCATION: Los Angeles, California
TERRITORY: This position covers the Los Angeles territory including Pasadena, Glendale, Altadena, and Montrose.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintain retail call frequency to include: detailed selling process, maintain inventory levels, building and restocking, booking displays, permanent point of sale placements, selling in additional shelf space, rotate product, filling shelves, planning promotion activities, and follow-up on delivery issues

Introduce and sell in new brands and packages including activities to support sell through, as necessary Complete required paperwork/ computer tracking such as: Account Level objectives tracking, expense reports, tracking forms, surveys and work orders. Establish and monitor quality control standards (product freshness, finished product loss). Communicate with all departments as necessary to achieve these goals

Review target account analysis and reports to ensure Golden Road brands are performing at top of class levels for all assigned accounts

Make daily decisions regarding retail inventory levels using past sales history, sales data tools, changes in climate, competitive activity and special promotional activities. Maintain all required information in mobility units

Ability to coordinate brand information, supply POS material and keep lines of communication open with state s wholesaler network in order to better sell through products

Participate in evening and weekend promotions as necessary
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor s Degree preferred

1-3 years experience in Distribution, Outside sales, Food and Beverage experience preferred

Strong written and verbal presentation skills are a must

Must have excellent judgment and the ability to articulate the Brand philosophy to all of our customers

Frequent travel (up to 50% of the time) required, which may be on short notice. Current driver s license, clean driving record and employee s own vehicle for travel are required

Broad time commitment with a non-traditional work schedule

This position is subject to successfully passing hair sample drug testing and background check

The ability to self-motivate and work alone

The ability to effectively plan and manage multiple tasks

Proven ability to positively affect brands within the three tier system

Ability to operate Microsoft Office

Ability to lift cases of beer and build displays

Conducts work in a sitting position primarily; however, job requires walking, bending, stooping and lifting.

Standing 10+ hours during events

Lifting 75-100lbs moving kegs

Ability to move and lift kegs

75 % travel and driving expected.

Ability to drive vehicle for extended periods of time

Requires flexibility in hours.
