Feel free to enrich both your personal and work life and hop on boardWhy you’ll love this jobThis job is a member of the Latin America and Caribbean Sales Team within the Revenue Division.You will be responsible for providing administrative, clerical, and organizational support to a Managing DirectorWhat you’ll doAids with preparation of management presentations and special projects as requiredSupports auditing and compliance activities as requiredHandles payroll processing in Workbrain for management and support staffCoordinates travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments for senior level managersAssists in event planning, coordination, and executionProtects the integrity of confidential information for all mattersPrepares and tracks expense reports and submits invoices for paymentReceives incoming telephone calls and inquiries and routes appropriatelyManages office incoming and outgoing correspondenceEnsures document filing is kept up-to-date and the filing system is maintained properlyInteracts with all levels of management, clients, and business community leadersPerforms general office manager duties and administrative tasks as requiredSubmit facility requests for repairsMaintains office supplies inventoryAll you’ll need for successMinimum Qualifications
– Education & Prior Job ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED equivalentPrior work experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent role supporting senior managementPreferred Qualifications
