Business Development Representative

We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated, sales driven Business Development Representative to help drive growth within our organization.

We are looking for a proven performer to fuel our aggressive growth strategy and complement our unique company culture.

As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you will…

· Main Responsibility
– Set up meetings with qualified prospects

· Prospect Outbound leads

·Develop and manage high volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, e-mails, LinkedIn, and any appropriate channels.

· Generate sales activities such as booking New Business Account meetings (NBA), drive event attendance, etc.

· Research companies to see if they are a fit

· Building strong relationships with partners, clients and affiliates

· Partner closely with sales reps to develop and implement outreach strategies

·Take on challenges and uncover potential opportunities

· Learn about industry changes, company and trainings and apply them

Accountabilities:

• Make a minimum of 200 cold calls a day to set 10 meetings per week

• Lead partner business development programs to drive 15 new partner meetings per month

• Research new and prospective clients, professional organizations, and other topics as assigned

• Provide exceptional customer service and professionalism

• Collaborate with the sales team

• Strong business acumen and interpersonal and influence skill

The ideal candidate will be customer-oriented with a drive to achieve goals and maintain a great customer experience.

You will be able to suggest forward-thinking ideas to promote our brand and work closely with clients to understand their needs.

This individual will have excellent communication abilities and negotiation skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• 2+ years in call center and/or sales hunting role

This position is remote; however we ask that you live in the LA area.

As things open up you may be required to do customer onsite visits.

Also potential to grow in to an Account Manager role that must be in territory.
