is currently looking for an Sales System Administrator in the Sales & Marketing Department.

The right candidate will ensure the integrity of the information transfers between JD Edwards and DHI Sales software.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.

Other duties may be assigned.Ensure sales contract documents are uploaded in D.R.

Horton’s software program, DHI Sales, for each community prior to beginning sales in the communityProofread, convert into electronic format, upload and track contract documents in DHI SalesPrepare contract documents for uploading into DHI Sales by determining and inserting project-standard information into the documentsUpload drawings such as community maps, lot plans, home elevations, etc into DHI SalesEnsure sales contract audit findings are addressed and completed prior to the closing of the saleAttach disclosures, feature sheets, floorplans, notices and government agency builder documents in DHI SalesSet up projects, mortgage information, and other project related information within DHI SalesInstruct Sales Managers and Sales Representative on how to complete specific entries in DHI SalesTroubleshoot software issues with Sales and Purchasing personnel, and the DHI Sales Support TeamWork closely with Regional Legal Counsel to ensure contract documents are accurate and complete and determine when a new, standard contract form may be neededResponsible for daily monitoring of Division emails to manage contract documentsCoordinate between other departments as neededPerform basic administrative tasks as neededConduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company QualificationsEducation and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)Two-three years of related experience and/or trainingAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applicationsProficiency with MS Office and emailPreferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferredStrong communication skillsAbility to multi-task and attention to detailCome join a winning team with a Fortune 500 company!
