Responsibilities:
● Develop a growth strategy focused both on customer satisfaction and retention
● Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
● Arrange business meetings (online) with prospective clients
● Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
● Prepare checkout links, quotes, and other sales material for clients
● Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
● Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
● Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
● Maintaining the CRM database (HubSpot)
● Mining the CRM database for potential clients in the correct lifecycle stage for conversion
● Meeting customer retention targets Requirements:
● Proven working experience
● Ability to work in a fast-paced & ever-changing environment
● Experience in customer support is a plus
● Experience in E-commerce/Packaging is a plus
● Proficiency in MS Office HubSpot expert preferred (automation, workflow creation etc.)
● Proficiency in English Market knowledge
● Communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport
● Time management and planning skills
