Business Development Representative – Remote

The primary responsibility of this role is to increase the overall business of ASI by acquiring new members and enrolling them into our eCommerce products and digital marketing services.

This position includes a base salary plus commission .

Essential Functions: Pro-actively prospecting for new members through outbound phone sales (on average 60-80 calls per day).

Engaging distributor business’ and presenting the value and benefit that an ASI membership would bring to their company.

Supporting all sales initiatives and campaigns.

Following prescribed sales presentations and demonstrations with accuracy and quality.

Communicating sales confirmations to customers and maintaining detailed records of each customer call in Salesforce.

Presenting both verbal and written reports, timely and accurately.

Participating in training sessions, meetings, workshops and education sessions, both at ASI and at off-site locations as directed.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly over the phone.

Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize.

The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment and think strategically during sales calls.

Candidates who aren’t shy about hunting for business, while being tenacious and thoughtful in approach and follow-through.
