Modus is continuing to grow our title and escrow footprint rapidly in Washington and were also a technology forward company where we are bringing the power of online tools to life to create transparent, easy-to-understand experiences for all parties involved in residential real estate closings.

Your Day-to-day Drive new agent acquisition through a sustainable, repeatable sales process Prospect for new accounts via cold calling, networking and marketing in assigned territory Meet new and existing customers through in-person meetings Handle inquiries from potential prospects with top-level professionalism and skill Facilitate positive client experiences through your expertise in our systems & process Execute a consultative sales process designed to acquire our future, top clients Become an authority in the competitive landscape of real estate title & escrow Localize your knowledge of trends, market conditions, and nuances of broker/title/escrow relationships.

Provide exemplary customer service to your clients What You Bring Strong desire to achieve top results with a charismatic, positive can-do attitude over the phone and in-person Self-motivation with a strong ability to support and motivate others, too A proven ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines An appreciation and ability to thrive in a competitive environment, while prioritizing a team-first mentality Deep familiarity with G-Suite and comprehensive knowledge in all things Salesforce Strong written and verbal communication skills, including adeptness at presenting to senior management 2 or more years in a sales capacity; experience with enterprise sales cycles a plus Bachelors Degree in business, finance or a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered Whats In It For You As we continue our work to create the worlds most simple, modernized real estate experience available to everyone, we need more driven builders who want to innovate on an antiquated process.
