Business Development Representative

United Dwelling is on a mission to build high-quality and affordable homes for all.

This creates a new, reliable source of income for the homeowner and housing for renters who were previously unable to afford to live in the area.n nAs the Business Development Representative (Rep.) you will educate, inspire and guide prospective homeowners on the path to becoming United Dwelling customers by becoming an expert in our product offering and processes, acting with the utmost integrity and professionalism while demonstrating the value of our product.

Your day will consist of Zoom presentations, follow up, and on-site meetings with homeowners.

Reps are professional, passionate, and confident communicators who are eager to meet sales goals and help us deliver on our mission of creating high-quality, affordable homes for all.n n Responsibilitiesn Be a subject matter expert on the United Dwelling mission, Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) rules, building, and financing process.

Conduct virtual (and eventually at-home) consultations with prospective homeowners (qualified by the Sales Development team) to educate and assist them in making the decision to work with United Dwelling.

Apply a consultative sales approach, helping homeowners navigate through the contract signing process.

Actively develop and maintain a sales pipeline with prospective clients.

Report, track, and manage sales activities and results using HubSpot.

Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas of signed contracts.

Represent United Dwelling at local, community, and industry events.n n Requirementsn Demonstrated success in an outside sales role preferably at a home builder, solar, or home services company Self-motivated, initiative driven, and problem-solving mentality Thrive in a fast-paced environment, ability to multitask, wear multiple hats, and pitch in where needed Comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM
