Allset is looking for a Business Development Representative to bring the best local restaurants and coffee shops to Allset’s platform. You will identify the most popular restaurants in your territory, set up meetings with the decision makers, and provide them an overview of the Allset value proposition. The successful candidate will be a well-rounded, genuine person who has the passion to hustle and deliver exceptional results.As a Business Development Representative, you will drive growth and awareness via restaurant partnerships within your territory and will build successful relations with local restaurants to help their businesses grow.What You’ll Do• Identify, contact, and qualify the most important merchants and their decision makers in your market;• Meet with decision makers and build relationships with them;• Set up demonstrations and negotiate terms that forward the interests of both Allset and our merchant prospects;• Become an expert in identifying challenges that restaurant owners face, and help them solve these challenges using Allset platform;• Refine sales messaging, prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques;• Make a high volume of calls, visits, and emails to prospects daily;• Build a pipeline of qualified leads and drive the full sales cycle to attain new business from merchants;• Collect feedback from our existing and potential restaurant partners to identify how these insights may impact the business development strategy;• Supply our partners with the promo materials to ensure the growth of our user base;• Identify opportunities and recognize additional revenue potential, including multi-product opportunities;• Develop a local community through launching and attending local events.What You’ll Need• 3+ years of sales experience in the restaurant industry;• Experience in field sales, successful background in B2B sales;• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly frame a value proposition, probe for objections, remove obstacles, and eliminate barriers to gain commitment;• Extraordinary listening, verbal, and written skills; you’ll be using your client-facing vantage point to identify and contribute best practices for customer success and the business;• Willingness to hustle, roll-up sleeves, and get in the weeds with our highest value partners in order to hit assigned quota;• Ability to think strategically and analyze restaurant needs to both unlock opportunities and creatively problem-solve;• Team player with a strong sense of ownership and “get things done” attitude.Nice to Haves• Sales experience in a technology-oriented field;• Experience with HubSpot or any CRM system;• High-growth or early-stage startup experience.What We Can Offer You• Working in a successful US startup backed by top investors;• Competitive compensation (base salary + uncapped commission) and Stock Option plan;• Health insurance;• Paid lunches at restaurants via Allset corporate credits;• Modern working equipment.Allset is a marketplace connecting restaurants and local diners for everyday dining that is fast, easy, and healthy.
