As their trusted advisor, you will transform trials into active accounts through discovery, demos, and other consultative activity.nn nn n nn nnYou will be working primarily with business owners, IT administrators, and decision-makers across a wide range of industries and locations to implement Telzio into their business or organization.

You will be responsible for delivering great experiences and recommending solutions based on your knowledge of the Telzio platform and understanding of the customer.nn nn nn nn n nn nn What you will do:nn nn nn Manage the full customer lifecycle from initial engagement and product demos to onboarding and retention Maintain a thorough understanding of the Telzio platform, and stay apprised of all its new features Communicate with customers throughout their onboarding process, and provide insightful advice on how to maximize Telzio for their goals Coordinate with technical and product teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience Prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities with little to no supervision nn nn nn nn nn What you have: nn 2+ years of consultative sales / customer service experience Great communication skills and attention to detail A passion for solving problems with technology nn nn nn What you get: nn Great compensation and ongoing opportunities for growth A mentor that provides hands-on, 1-1 coaching Regular performance reviews and raises Paid medical and dental insurance Remote work flexibility, even after COVID Expense account for office supplies and education
