We are the renowned leader in the general merchandise industry and supply our products to chain stores, gift shops and discount stores both offline and online. Our brand name, licensed and private label products are sourced locally and internationally. Our customers are likewise located within the United States as well as overseas. We stock over 10,000 carefully selected items covering over 50 different categories.
We are currently seeking an energetic Bilingual Sales Representative to join our eCommerce team! The selected individual will be responsible for sales processing, product selection, and follow-up fulfillment. This position presents an opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging sales environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing orders, processing payments, shipment follow-up (expedited and regular), canceled and returned goods.
  • Following up processing of orders to ensure delivery dates meet customer expectations.
  • Make inbound and outbound calls to sell company products.
  • Following up on inbound email inquiries.
  • Serving in an educative and consultative capacity to assist customers in the decision-making process.
  • Actively solicit potential clients into paying customers.
  • Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions.
  • Prepare and maintain package deals.
  • Attend sales training and educational programs.
  • Key liaison partner/clients and (warehouse, shipping, and billing)
  • Any other duties that may reasonably be assigned

Qualified candidate must have:

  • Fluency in speaking and writing English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of online sales a plus.
  • Knowledge of IT a plus.
  • Minimum 1 year sales experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven organizational skills, multi-tasking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in e-mail and over the phone.
  • Working knowledge of word processing, Excel spreadsheets and e-mail.
