Abramson Labor Group, a firm that exclusively focuses on Workers’ Compensation Labor & Employment Law, is currently seeking a Bilingual Onboarding Specialist for our Los Angeles office. All Onboarding Specialists are eligible to earn commission upon commencement of employment.

Essential Functions:
Conducting high volume outbound calls to potential clients
Answering high volume calls from potential clients interested in beginning a case
Arrange for case evaluations in a timely manner
Arrange for case evaluations in a timely manner
Actively follow up with potential clients via call, text, and email

Bilingual required – (English and Spanish)
Excellent verbal communications skills
Proficient in all Microsoft applications including Outlook and Teams
Ambitious, hard worker dedicating to hitting monthly metrics
