Analytics Manager

Chewy is seeking a Senior Analyst, HR Analytics to support our HR Shared Services team in Dania Beach, FL.

The HR Shared Services team is rapidly expanding and this organization is taking a data-first approach in it’s leadership and decision making.

Under the mentorship and direction of the Director, HR Shared Services, we need an experienced partner to take on full responsibility over the Analytics needs of the HR Shared Service organization.

This includes creating and maintaining dashboarding and advanced visualization for: COVID, background check & drug screen programs, the relocation program, leave support metrics, immigration, Service Now HR case performance and many other related areas.

You will work closely with key stakeholders across the HR function to develop innovative analytic solutions, create actionable insights and drive better decisions and performance.

What You’ll Do: Collects and compiles complex data architecture from a variety of sources including: Workday, Sharepoint list feeds, vendor reports, and Service NOW.

Working within Tableau and Excel you will create dashboards and reporting of KPIs and other key deliverables for the HR Shared Services team Drive and lead the analytics strategy of the HR Shared Services team.

Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to performance and experience metrics – calling attention to key areas of opportunity.

Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to leaders and key stakeholders.

Identifies and recommends reasonable short
– and long-term goals, milestones, and benchmarks for key performance metrics.

Based on metrics and analysis, makes recommendations for policies and activities to improve the shared services delivery, experience and program improved program support.

May conduct or assist with conducting audits to ensure data quality is preserved in reporting.

Ensures compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices.

Performs other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Need: Bachelors preferred and at least 5 years of relevant analytics experience.

Proficient in Tableau software Advanced Excel experience required including macro experience, advanced logic statements and reporting Self-starter with solid influencing and facilitation skills Analytic thought leadership with skills in developing innovative and creative analytic solutions to complex problems Strong business acumen and critical thinking ability Presentation skill
– ability to “tell a compelling story” from data insights Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate, identify and diagnose problems and make recommendations
