Is looking for an Eastern/Central time zone based high-energy, results driven sales executive to develop new business with community financial institutions in the $1B to $10B asset size range in the assigned region.
This position is a remote/work-from-home role and will report to the CRO.We are a fast-paced, innovative startup environment where you will be provided with the marketing and sales tools, resources, and outstanding leadership to effectively position our value proposition to these financial institutions.ResponsibilitiesCreate a personal sales strategy to identify and engage prospective customers within sales territoryRecognize and understand prospect needs via detailed discovery meetingsAlign FI needs / goals with Agent IQ services to drive optimal valuePresent and sell Agent IQ services to prospective clientsParticipate in marketing events and trade showsPrepare presentations and demonstrations of the Agent IQ servicesNegotiate and close contractsPrepare and manage sales pipelines and timely, accurate forecast reportsResponsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered toRequirementsAbsolutely required: Previous related financial technology sales experience with the ability to consistently exceed quotas5 years of direct selling in the financial institution space, preferably in digital solutionsDemonstrable relationships with C-Suite stakeholders at regional and community banksUnderstanding of and successful experience with complex sales processes and independently running product demosStrong sales, presentation, negotiation, and closing skillsEffective listening, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to travel throughout assigned regionAbility to work from a home officeStrong sales, presentation, negotiation, and closing skillsBased in the Eastern/Central time zones and travel as neededAn energetic self-starter that excels at working both individually and with a teamEmbracing change and adapting quickly and with a positive attitudeAbility to work in an agile and small environment.
