While you will work from home, you must reside near the Greater Sacramento area as occasional in-person participation with your peers is an important part of our culture. We offer virtual interviewing and onboarding, as well as access to our virtual training and support. You ll have full access to work from home capability to support our clients remotely.u00A0

As a member of Fidelity s Active Trader Services team, you will be an integral part of a fast-paced,u00A0collaborativeu00A0environment that is focused on enhancing relationships with Fidelity s most active andu00A0sophisticatedu00A0traders, and therefore have.u202Fu202FIn this role, you willu00A0complex trading and service needsu00A0ofu00A0these clients.   • Series 7 & 63 required; Series 4 preferredu00A0

  • 2-3 years of previous financial services experienceu00A0

  • Proven customer service, client support and problem resolution skillsu00A0

  • Expertise in equity and option trading, and marginu00A0

  • Ability to teach clients how to useu00A0the Fidelity trading toolsu00A0

  • Strong verbal and written communication skillsu00A0
