Job SummaryFreeWheel is hiring a US-based Account Executive (location negotiable), Agency Partnerships, reporting into the head of US Agency Partnerships. This is a key member of FreeWheel’s Marketplace Activation Team, which manages the US-based agency relationships. This individual will be responsible for managing and growing revenue and driving adoption and usage of FreeWheel as a preferred platform. They will need to have deep relationships within the Agency world, be able to handle both senior-level clients as well work with the hands-on-keyboard teams. Being part of the US Revenue Group, and the Marketplace Activation Team, this person will meet with clients, attend industry events as appropriate and be a voice in the market, promoting FreeWheel.Job DescriptionCore Responsibilities5-7 years of related experience in agency sales, business development, and/or account management within an advertising technology company (digital video experience preferred) Strong consultative sales skills, relationship building, external and internal customer satisfaction management Drive and desire to bring in new business. As well as cultivate existing relationships/Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage complex business contracts Ability to understand and interpret customer needs and partner with product and engineering team to develop solutions Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work cross-collaboratively with product, marketing and account management.Generally, requires 5+ years related experience Employees at all levels are expected to:Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets Regularly participate in partner entertainment and activities focused on strengthening business relationships Travels as necessary in support of business objectives (prospect/partner meetings, conferences, internal meetings) This position will require frequent and meaningful interaction with FreeWheel senior leadership.
