Here’s what your day could look like as an Account Executive: Identify and source creative candidates via our internal database, job boards, social networking, portfolio sites and networking events. Thoroughly interview candidates and qualify them for open positions. Consistently build and nurture a pipeline of best talent in the local area. Present candidate leads from your network into open positions, clear the candidate for the role and submit relevant details to your client. Manage feedback from clients, coordinate interviews, starts, onboarding with talent. Address client objections and sell through talent. Serve as initial point person for your client until candidate is identified for open job and/or placed. Participate in our virtual office parties (trivia challenges, photo contests and more) Here’s what your career could look like: Account Executives can move into a sales role if they love the thrill of the hunt and have killer negotiation skills. Account Executives and Business Development Managers can move into Director-level Management, running either the Recruitment or the Sales teams. Directors can eventually run their own teams as Managing Directors, after leading strong performing teams on either the recruitment or sales side of the house.
