Division: Advertising Position Type: Full-Time Description: Compass Media is seeking pro-active, energetic advertising sales account executives to manage many categories – you must be resourceful, independent, focused, and well-organized.
Responsibilities
• Manage the entire sales process from incoming lead to close.
• Understand customer needs and requirements with regard to print & digital advertising.
• Present and articulate the value of branding in an upscale environment.
• Ability to sell and differentiate in a competitive environment.
• Close sales and achieve sales quotas.
Requirements
• Minimum of 2-3 years media or like sales.
• Strong sales and presentation skills with a proven track record.
• Ability to develop key client, agency and industry relationships at all levels.
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated individuals with a serious work ethic.
• College degree preferred.
