Retail Atelier

WYLLOW is looking for a Retail Atelier to give an exceptional immersive experience. Similar to the way an atelier holds space for an artist or designer, WYLLOW?s sales associates hold space for the guests they serve. WYLLOW refers to its sales associates as Ateliers due to the space they hold. Together they expand the World of WYLLOW.

  • Employee works in a busy retail store with moderate to high noise levels.
  • This position is primarily located at 2622 S Robertson Los Angeles, however may require traveling to other office locations or off-site meetings as required by the job.

 

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Bring the World of WYLLOW experience  to life by positively engaging with guests, team members, and vendors. Exemplifying the WYLLOW brand in each interaction in and outside of the showroom. 
  • Exceptional conflict resolution, de escalation and communication skills.
  • You perform daily SOP?s from cleaning, to restocking, and everything in between. 
  • You strictly adhere to all industry protocols. 
  • You strive to reach daily, monthly, and quarterly sales goals. 
  • You perform  inventory fulfillment and restocking processes. 
  • You ensure good health and safety practices of other employees and guests, assisting in the maintenance of proper emergency and security procedures
  • You understand retail reporting and metric tracking. 
  • You fine-tuned the customer experience by following scripts and operations. 
  • You are an organized, optimistic, natural born leader. 
  • You are a creative problem solver who always prioritizes guest experience first.

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • MUST BE 21+ WITH A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE LOCATED IN LOS ANGELES, CA. (No Exceptions)
  • College degree in hospitality, business, or another related field preferred.
  • Must be authorized to live and work in the U.S.
  • Must speak/write English proficiently.
  • Applicants may be required to take a background check after a conditional offer is made. 
  • 4+ years working in retail, hospitality, health/wellness, fine art, or beauty. 
  • People first manager approach to management with the ability to demonstrate, inspire, and enroll a team. 
  • Experience with EDI platform management and POS  integrations, specifically METRC. 
  • Familiarity with dispensary regulations and operations compliance requirements.
  • Proficient understanding of retail logistics.
  • Must be authorized to live and work in the U.S.
  • Applicants may be required to take a background check after a conditional offer is made. 
  • An affinity for in-person connection and experience.
  • Data-driven with strong analytic skills and proficiency in excel.
  • Impeccable communication with the ability to effectively work cross functionally. 
  • Strong data-driven analytical approach to decision making. 
  • Unmatched positive energy and curiosity. 
  • Ability to jump into a fast-paced startup environment and wear many hats, give and receive feedback…seriously.

  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus 

 

EXTRA 

Experience with visual merchandising, VIP clientele business etiquette, and building brand and talent relationships.
