Wax Paper is growing!
We are looking for talented and reliable Sandwich Maker or Food Prep artist to join our team. In these roles, you will be responsible for preparing and assembling a variety of sandwiches to order, using high-quality ingredients and adhering to food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and assemble sandwiches to order, using a variety of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Follow food safety guidelines and adhere to all health and sanitation regulations
- Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Maintain consistency of all dishes served
- Think creatively and prepare specials
- Maintain pars, quality and freshness on ingredients
- Slice deli meat and prep ingredients while following safety protocols
- Work with speed and efficiency while producing quality food at a timely output
- Properly set up and store all ingredients and tools used
