New Izakaya/Japanese restaurant concept created by seasoned industry veterans with diverse experience and top-of-the-line pedigree looking for a talented Line Cook for our opening team. Ideal candidate should have a passion for Japanese food & beverage with an izakaya-inspired approach. 

We are searching for a LINE COOK to join our dinner team! Candidates must possess the following:

  • Fully understand and embody a can-do attitude, demonstrating a level of passion and dedication where no task is beneath you.
  • 2 years line cook experience in a similar high-volume environment
  • Committed to safety, sanitation and good environmental practices in the workplace
  • Full-time flexible hours are required (nights, weekends, holidays) or as agreed with your hiring manager
  • Uphold standards & systems with daily food preparation.
  • Excuting consistently with all food prep activities before, during and after service. 
  • Completing kitchen tasks, including opening & closing duties, prep-list execution, station set-up and maintenance and cleaning
